Darius Pridgen, President of the Buffalo City Council, reportedly told MSNBC on Thursday that he believes global warming is to blame for the fatal snowstorm that hit the city over Christmas.
Pridgen refused to condemn Buffalo Mayor Bryon Brown during an appearance with MSNBC for the city’s reaction to a major winter blizzard that has claimed the lives of at least 28 people.
He went on to say that he believes global warming is true and that dealing with changing weather demands different equipment.
As the weather deteriorated, some residents were stranded inside their automobiles for more than two days, prompting Democratic New York Gov. Kathy Hochul to declare the city a disaster zone.
“I believe global warming is real. I believe that the patterns are changing. And we do have to have different equipment than we’ve ever had to have.” Pridgen said.

While attempting to assist individuals in need, many emergency vehicles themselves became stuck in the snow adding to the chaos.
Pridgen told MSNBC that the city sent warnings to residents to stay at home in the days leading up to and during the snowfall.
So far at least 40 people have been confirmed dead from the storm in Erie County.

Darius Pridgen’s uninformed beliefs doesn’t really mean squat unless he’s got some facts to back them up.
Perhaps he could start by looking up the many terrible snowstorms that happened 50-60 years ago in Buffalo. While he’s at it, perhaps he could look for REAL science that explains how WARMER weather produces COLDER weather.
The left has lost it’s last tenuous hold on reality, entirely! Where are the psych wards for people that delusional???

Just more proof of stupid is as stupid does. I grew up in Pa. and am 76 and I remember that part of the country getting pounded the same. One particular time I remember was a video on the news of a snow blower with a very long arm blowing snow off the highway and all you could see of the blower was the very tip.
This shows the very, very low levels of factual information the “useful idiots” are allowed to be exposed to by their ‘keepers’. A total lack of decency, integrity and allegiance pervade the dnc left and it’s little wonder that they are the depressed, humorless wokesters they are.
