Former Democrat Representative Tulsi Gabbard (Hawaii) is making a bold accusation about President Joe Biden, The Daily Wire reports.
Gabbard claims that “Biden is just a front man” for Obama and does the bidding for his former boss.
The example used by Gabbard is Obama calling for more moderation of misinformation and days later Biden’s DHS announces plans for the “Ministry of Truth.”
Biden is just a front man. Obama, April 21: social media censors “don’t go far enough,” so the government needs to step in to do the job. Six days later, Homeland Security rolls out the 'Ministry of Truth' (aka Disinformation Governance Board). pic.twitter.com/CHOD4mbE0B
Gabbard, who has always been critical of government overreach has come out swinging against the censorship arm of the government, which can only be described as “not good.”
Every dictatorship has a propaganda arm—a “Ministry of Truth.” The Biden Administration has now formally joined the ranks of such dictatorships with their creation of the so-called “Disinformation Governance Board.” pic.twitter.com/iMnrqksaJJ
Speaking to Fox News host Sean Hannity Gabbard continued:
“The reason why you see this in dictatorships is because they’re afraid of us,” Gabbard told host Sean Hannity, meaning that the government feared the will and voices of the people. “They’re afraid of the people, they’re afraid that we might actually think for ourselves.”
Gabbard went on to warn that the board would “work through the mainstream media” to spread whatever the chosen narrative was — and that it would do so at taxpayer expense, trying to “drown out anyone with alternate views.”
She also argued that the board would “silence dissenting voices through intimidation,” adding, “This is something they have already been doing, that’s happening right now. The only difference is they’re formalizing it, making it official — which, if there’s a silver lining in this, it is they’re revealing exactly who they are.”
Gabbard urged the American people to use the information to fight back against the Biden administration and government overreach.
