The US Embassy in Baghdad was attacked, according to the Embassy’s Twitter account.
“ [T]errorist groups attempting to undermine Iraq’s security, sovereignty and international relations” attacked the embassy compound on Thursday.
The embassy said these attacks are “an assault not just on diplomatic facilities, but on the sovereignty of Iraq itself.”
