Trump Pokes the CNN Bear Amidst Network Shakeup and Firings

Former President Trump took no time to make light of the major staffing shakeup at CNN.

Over the last several days CNN has announced they parted ways with Jeffrey Toobin and Brian Stelter.

It was Toobin who had the infamous and disgusting scandal where he was caught performing a sexual act on himself while on a company Zoom call. Additionally, he has a “checkered past” which includes an incident involving a colleagues daughter and an out of wedlock child which he denied was his.

Stelter, who learned on Friday his show “Reliable Sources” was being discontinued, was obsessed with former President Trump during his tenure at CNN.

Stelter has labeled Trump a “destructive cult leader”.

Stelter also had to say this:

“President Trump is the leader of the United States. He is also a liar. This has been well-documented. Lying was a big part of his business strategy … Now, as commander in chief, he misleads the public constantly”

Thus, it comes as no surprise that Trump took the honor of dancing on Stelter’s CNN grave.

On Truth Social, Trump took the news head on:

“Brian Stelter of Fake News CNN got fired because he lied, and lied, and lied – ABOUT ME. May he REST IN PEACE!”

Trump’s fun didn’t end there. He found a way to weave Wyoming Congresswoman Liz Cheney — who just lost her Wyoming primary to Trump-endorsed challenger Harriet Hageman– into his criticism:

“Trivia question: Who’s got less charisma, Brian Stelter or Liz Cheney. I say Liz Cheney, because Stelter could have gotten more votes than she did the other night in Wyoming – She lost by 40!”
