Republican Senators have given Democrats a big win in the Senate The Wall Street Journal Reports.
The legislation passed the procedural hurdle 65-34 and will now only need to pass by a simple majority 51-49 to advance out of the chamber.
Here are the 14 Republicans:

Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.)
Sen. Thom Tillis (R-N.C.)
Sen. Susan Collins (R-Maine)
Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.)
Sen. Bill Cassidy (R-La.)
Sen. Roy Blunt (R-Mo.)
Sen. Richard Burr (R-N.C.)
Sen. Mitt Romney (R-Utah)
Sen. Rob Portman (R-Ohio)
Sen. Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.)
Sen. Joni Ernst (R-Iowa)
Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska)
Rep. Todd Young (R-Ind.)
Republican Senator Pat Toomey of Pennsylvania was absent for the procedural vote, but endorsed the legislation in the original group of 10 Republican Senators.

I suspect many of these traitors to their Party will not be re-elected when their time rolls around. John Cornyn for sure will not be. Perhaps he is ready to be “finished” but am very sure he didn’t want to leave being talked about in only negative statements. I have voted for him everytime he was on the ballot. I wish I had those votes back. Very disappointed.
