On Tuesday, former president Donald Trump lauded Republican primary rival Vivek Ramaswamy and stated that he is “not done yet” in response to Ramaswamy’s decision to cease funding television advertisements in Iowa and New Hampshire.
“He will, I am sure, Endorse me. But Vivek is a good man, and is not done yet!” Trump wrote.
“Birdbrain looked different & lost, but I give her second place. Vivek WINS because he thinks I’m great.” Trump continued.
Although Ramaswamy is officially challenging the former president in the Republican primary, since enrolling earlier this year, numerous individuals have accused him of serving as a Trump surrogate.
Trump, who abstained from attending the GOP primary debate hosted by NewsNation this month, praised Ramaswamy as the victor.
Ramaswamy published a video this month, following the Colorado Supreme Court’s prohibition of Trump from the state’s ballot, in which he urged all Republican presidential candidates to abstain from running in support of Trump.
