President-elect Trump has now reportedly hammered President Biden for what he has described as a botched transition period in the run up to his inauguration.
He is voicing his anger with the incumbent president for continuing to trying to set ultra-liberal policies that are in direct opposition to what he would support right on the eve of the presidential transition.
Donald Trump has been very vocal in his criticism of Vice President Joe Biden, particularly after the latter signed executive orders to ban offshore drilling on both the East and West coasts.
Trump has asserted that such actions make the transition difficult since they give him more work to undo.
“Biden is doing everything possible to make the TRANSITION as difficult as as possible, from Lawfare such as has never been seen before, to costly and ridiculous Executive Orders on the Green New Scam and other money wasting Hoaxes. Fear not, these “Orders” will all be terminated shortly, and we will become a Nation of Common Sense and Strength. MAGA!!!” Trump wrote on his Truth Social account.
In an interview with USA Today this week, Vice President Biden stated that he requested that President Trump refrain from attempting to “settle scores” during their initial meeting to initiate the transition of power in November.
And according to the president, Trump even complimented him, particularly on the work he has done regarding the economy.
However, once the president implemented measures to safeguard his far-left legacy prior to his departure from office, notably with regard to the environment, Trump took aim at his soon-to-be predecessor.
Susie Wiles, who will soon take over as chief of staff of the White House, stated in an interview with Axios this week that Jeff Zients, who is currently serving as the chief of staff for Vice President Joe Biden, has been very helpful to her and has even invited her there for dinner.
According to a Republican source who is involved with the transition, the divergent opinions that Trump and Wiles hold pertain to different areas of the transition being discussed.
