According to a Napolitan News Service poll reportedly released on Monday, Rep. Ruben Gallego (D-Ariz.) currently maintains a ten-point advantage over Republican Kari Lake in the Arizona Senate race.
Gallego was supported by 52 percent of electors, while Lake was supported by 42 percent of respondents.
Five percent of the participants were uncertain about the candidate for whom they would vote, while one percent expressed support for an alternative candidate.
Gallego is supported by 95% of Democrats, while Lake is supported by 81% of Republican members.
Both candidates received nearly equal support from the male electors of the state.
Gallego garnered 50% of the support of male voters, while Lake received 48% of the vote.
Two percent of the voters were uncertain, and one percent supported an alternative candidate.
58 percent of respondents held an unfavorable opinion of Lake, while 38 percent held a favorable opinion.
Gallego was viewed favorably and unfavorably by an equal number of Arizona voters (46 percent).
54 percent of female voters supported the Democratic candidate, while 37 percent supported the Republican candidate. Nine percent were uncertain.
Gallego was endorsed by 56% of survey participants aged 18 to 34, while 32% were in favor of Lake and 14% were uncertain.
Gallego also resonated with white voters, garnering 48% of their support in contrast to Lake’s 46%.
Only 5% of individuals were uncertain, and 1% supported an alternative candidate.
In comparison to 36 percent who supported Lake and 8 percent who were uncertain, Gallego was supported by over half of Hispanic voters, at 56 percent.
From September 30 to October 2, researchers conducted an online survey of 783 likely electors.
RMG Research, Inc. conducted the field work for the survey, with a margin of error of plus or minus 3.5 percentage points.
