During a recent CNN segment, David Axelrod, a prominent Democratic strategist, reportedly criticized his party’s behavior during President Donald Trump’s address to Congress, labeling some actions as “despicable.”
This criticism came after Representative Al Green was removed from the House chamber for heckling Trump, while other Democrats faced backlash for not standing to acknowledge a child cancer survivor and Marc Fogel, who was recently imprisoned in Russia.

“I think what Al Green did was despicable. I liked Elissa Slotkin’s speech. I think that’s where Democrats should go,” Axelrod said.
