Trump AG Candidate Threatens To Throw Letitia James In Prison

A contender for leading President-elect Donald Trump’s Department of Justice, Mike Davis, has issued a warning to New York Attorney General Letitia James, suggesting she could end up in prison if she continues her legal pursuits against the president-elect.

Davis, who previously served as the chief counsel for Trump’s judicial nominations, expressed readiness to defend Trump against what he perceives as politically motivated legal actions.

He is reportedly in consideration for roles as Trump’s Attorney General or White House Counsel.

Despite the potential threats, James pledged on Wednesday to follow through with her investigations and legal actions against Trump, insisting she would not be intimidated by any possible “revenge or retribution” from the former president.

During a press conference with New York Gov. Kathy Hochul, she noted her commitment to maintaining the state’s integrity and upholding its principles, stating that her office is prepared to respond to these challenges using the rule of law, despite not expecting Trump to be elected.

“Listen here, sweetheart, we’re not messing around this time, and we will put your fat a** in prison for conspiracy against rights. I promise you that,” Davis hilariously responded to her remarks, noting that she should “go to the gulag.”

Previously, James secured a $454 million civil judgment against Trump, accusing him of inflating his net worth to secure favorable financial terms.

While Trump has appealed this ruling, appellate judges have posed tough questions to the New York prosecutors, suggesting they might lean in Trump’s favor. Despite the ongoing legal battle, no decisions have been made yet by the court.

“I dare you to try to continue your lawfare against President Trump in his second term,” Davis said during an interview. “It’s not going to happen again.”

He predicts that Trump’s future Department of Justice will have little tolerance for what he describes as “Democrat lawfare” over the next four years, citing 18 U.S.C. § 241 — “conspiracy against rights” — as justification for his stance.
