A third-party presidential candidate will receive “a lot of f—ing votes” in 2024, according to Democratic strategist James Carville.
On a recent episode of his “Politics War Room” podcast, Carville remarked regarding the Iowa caucuses, where he stated that former President Trump’s 51% of the vote was not particularly noteworthy.
“The third party is going to get a lot of f—ing votes in 2024. I’m just telling you. Unless something really changes, and it’s hard for me to see the change.” Carville said.
The strategist subsequently expressed concern that Biden and Democrats’ support would be eroded in the event of such a scenario.
“It’s just hard for me not to see an uninspiring election with the third party doing really well,” he said.
Carville predicted that a third-party candidate would receive “sh–load more” than 3% of the vote in 2024.
