The San Francisco Police Officers Association reportedly claimed on social media that a bakery in San Francisco is now refusing to serve armed, uniformed law enforcement officers.
They sent a picture of the company, Reem’s bakery, and a screenshot of an email from the business verifying the policy that was only partially redacted.
The Police Officers Association replied that the officers would never give Reem’s their business if the company refused to serve them when they were on duty, in uniform, and possibly armed.
“NO ENTRY. NO COPS ALLOWED. HAVE A NICE DAY.” the sign read.
“Thank you for your email. At Reem’s we do have a policy to not serve anyone that is armed in a uniform. All officers are welcome to come to our establishment when they are off duty and not armed.” the response read.
We are not asking Reem’s or any business with a bigoted policy to serve our officers. We’re asking them to own their discriminatory policy & and put up a sign so we know not to spend money in your establishment—on or off duty. We took the liberty of designing one for them. pic.twitter.com/aITQFLOFG0

Maybe they’ll have an accidental fire!
Start citing them, on a daily basis and write parking tickets to all their queerbait customers.
Talk about painting a big target on your company logo…
If ya get a radio call, don’t answer it!
Anyone with even a single functioning brain cell — police, fire, military, and everyone else — should immediately stop patronizing this company. Put them out of business and make room for someone who actually cares about what happens to their city. You’d think by now these companies would have learned that policies like this are going to get them in trouble.
