The Supreme Court has ruled that migrants who have been detained for 6 months do not have the right to a bond hearing, The Daily Caller reports.
The case arose during the Trump administration and was pursued by the Biden administration, much to the disagreement of the ACLU.
The opinion was written by Samuel Alito in the case of Garland v. Aleman Gonzalez.

The case involved three illegal aliens who were previously deported and were captured upon reentry to the US. They then sued for a bond hearing.
The case is a win for Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and a loss for pro-immigration groups.
