Tulsi Gabbard, a former Democrat Representative from Hawaii has sent a cease and desist letter to Senator Mitt Romney (R, Utah) and television personality Keith Olbermann for their claims that she was pushing Russian propaganda.
Gabbard made claims about US funded biolabs in Ukraine. Those have not been proven, and Romney claimed they were Russian propaganda.
The letter demands that “cease these false, defamatory, and malicious claims” and “retract/takedown all such statements made about Gabbard and destroy all copies of those statements.”
The demand has a make good date of April 27th.
In a tweet on Wednesday, Gabbard shared that she had sent cease and desist letters to Romney and former television personality Keith Olbermann over their statements “asserting that Gabbard was parroting false Russian propaganda.”
“When powerful, influential people make baseless accusations of treason, a crime punishable by death, in order to intimidate, silence and censor those who speak the truth, it has a chilling effect on our democracy,” she said.
“This cannot go unchecked,” Gabbard added.
In an appearance on Fox News on Wednesday, Gabbard reiterated her statement and said “When powerful and influential people basically threaten and intimidate people into silence as Mitt Romney … [is] doing, they’re hoping to achieve that effect that if anybody dares speak out against the government … [or] criticize whatever the washed, permanent Washington establishment narrative is, then you will be smeared … as a treasonous traitor.”
Romney has yet to comment on the matter.

I will say this, Tulsi Gabbard is a straight talking Patriot who Honestly served her country in more than one way. Yes, she is a Democrat. But she is much more of a Patriot. She is the kind of Democrat that the Dem Party should Embrace. She would work in a Bipartisan way for the True Good of the USA. Now, Romney? Not Trustworthy, a RINO. He sneaks around calling himself a Republican but on a few very important issues he has gone against his Party. He calls himself a Republican because that’s how he keeps elected in Utah. But, he is a Democrat on all the Truly Important Issues. Working across the Aisle to get votes and to get reasonable concensus is one thing. Voting with the Dems after saying he would vote with his Party is in Turncoat category.
Isn’t it odd that suddenly, the counterfeit Mitt Romney, and “SUPER LEFTIST,” Oberman,
begin to trumpet the infamous Hillary Clinton’s scandalous defamatory garbage.
This lady is a dedicated and decorated Veteran, and deserves the country’s respect and honor.
One can only hope that the November elections, will bring an end to this insanity that has engulfed our country.
Romney has to go, and Hillary needs psychiatric help!
