Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas has returned to the bench this week, MSN reports.
Thomas was hospitalized for days starting March 18th for a “flu-like” illness.
Thomas did return to the spotlight before this return to the bench when he appeared with Former NFL Star Herschel Walker who us running for the US Senate in Georgia.
Thomas was appointed by George H.W. Bush in 1991 and was famously derided by then-Senator Joe Biden. Biden famously lectured Thomas on a legal principle that later on Thomas revealed was made up by Biden.
Thomas has been a staunch conservative on the Supreme Court and appears to be back for the foreseeable future.
