Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says nearly 200,000 Russian troops have amassed on the Ukraine-Russia border, according to AFP.
This follows an unsuccessful attempt by Zelenskyy to hold talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
AFP is also reporting that Zelenskyy said that a ‘major war in Europe’ could be started by Putin’s and that Zelenskyy told Russia the possibility of war “depends on you”.
