The Avenatti-Trump Feud Took a Wild New Turn in Prison

Michael Avenatti, the attorney who gained notoriety for representing Stormy Daniels in a lawsuit against former President Trump, has filed a massive new lawsuit for how he’s been treated in prison.

The details are out of this world.

Here’s the story:

The disgraced attorney and pseudo-celeb Avenatti is currently serving time in prison for trying to extort $25 million dollars from Nike.

While spending 94 days in solitary confinement he claims he suffered terrible treatment that was dictated by then-Attorney General Bill Barr who served under Trump.

According to Avenatti, he was housed “alongside accused terrorists” and given only one piece of reading material: Donald Trump’s “Art of the Deal”.

Avenatti is suing the Federal Bureau of Prisons, the US Department of Justice & the Executive Office of the President for $94 million or $1 million per day he spent in solitary confinement.

According to Law & Crime:

Avenatti wants hefty compensation for the “pain and suffering, severe mental anguish, emotional distress, humiliation, indignities and embarrassment, degradation, damage to reputation, and loss of natural psychological development” he allegedly suffered while an inmate at MCC.

Additionally, Avenatti claims he was subjected to frigid tempratures, barred from outside communication with family, friends and other inmates and only say the sun once.
